Even if you can. Even if they are asking. Even if they are giving you a very good deal. 

They have very different internal processes. They are much slower to make decisions. They have their plan, and this plan will be followed regardless of what you think. Chances are you don’t know all the details of this plan either.

So you better say no to that partnership.
