Busting a choice myth
There is a common belief out there that our life is a consequence of the choices we make. Could that be a myth?
The thing is that in 99% of cases, we do not make a choice, because we are in doubt and afraid of making it.
We also believe that if we do not make a choice that we don’t like, we will save ourselves from risks and unfortunate events. However, if you don’t make a choice, you are transferring the decision making to external events.
It’s like saying, “I don’t want to manage my life consciously, I am happy that external circumstances govern my life”.
Therefore, our life is the result of a choice that we do not make.
