A few thoughts on control

Control is the impact on the movement of objects, a change in the trajectory of this movement. Thus it’s possible to control only the objects which are already in motion.
If there are no feedback mechanisms organized by you, then you will not be able to control anything.
It is impossible to control something without a forecast.
