You need to create new features for those who use the product often – so that they use it even more often.
Do not create new features for people who use your product rarely – in the hope that they will use it more often. They will not. Or it will be a completely different product for another audience.
You don’t have to scale what people rarely use, hoping to increase your profits. You will spend more on scaling than you earn.
