What to do with first customers?

I often hear Business Owners say: “We already have our first 50 (or any other number) customers” after they launch new products. 

Unfortunately, having these customers is not enough, and much more interesting is the question of what do you do with those customers?

I want to know whether you have algorithmized the process of getting new customers?

Can you delegate this process to an average salesperson so that he can repeat this process and deliver results?

Can you successfully scale up the process of hiring those sales associates and scale the process of getting new customers?

Have you received at least some answers to the questions above in the process of obtaining those very first customers? 

That’s what your first clients are needed for. To build and debug the process of obtaining the customers that will follow after the initial ones.
