Here is a useful exercise to do before starting developing a new product.
- Imagine one year has passed, and your project has died. Take it as a fact.
- Now come up with three causes that led to its death.
- These three reasons become the three main hypotheses that you need to test first.
Observation: usually, the reason “We could not develop this product” is not among those top three.
