Creating a new product is not an implementation of what you know for sure will work. It’s rather a test of what you are not so sure about.
So instead of saying, “I have an awesome idea, that will fly 100%” let’s start saying, “I have a freaking risky hypothesis, that most probably will not work”. Then time and money will be spent more wisely and on what is needed.
If you can’t understand what it is in your cool idea that is risky, then that risky part of the idea is you. You will do stupid things and spend money on things where instead, you should have done a pivot already.
