The most common mistake Business Owners make at the start is thinking that “we need money to hire a marketing guru.” If the founders do not know how to sell what they do, then they have no product.

A product is not what you do but what you sell. Doing today is not a problem; it is selling, which is. Knowing who to sell to, how, and where to sell is the only critical competence that counts.
